Dear Mrs. Loving,
I have been dressing a a girl for three years now. I own no boys clothes, just girls clothes. Of course my mom knows, and encourages me as her daughter
My problem is this:
Yesterday, mom told me that she has made an appointment for me to have a complete girls physical examination next Tues. Not a full gynocological exam, mind you, but just a routine girls check up. I am very nervous about this, because I don’t know what to expect.
Mon said not to worry, all girls and ladies have had this done. She added that she will try to have a woman doctor examine me, to reduce my embarrassment, and that she would accompany me into the exam room, and hold my hand if it made me feel better. I am still scared.
What should I wear?
What will be done to me?
Will this hurt?
Will I really have to pee in front of a nurse?
Will the female staff know that I am a sissy?
Do I have to be naked?
I would greatly appreciate your comments, and advice, since I have never had this done before, and am very nervous.

I think your mother knows what’s best for you. You should do as she says and always remember that she loves you very much. The more relaxed you are the more you can enjoy the experience. Some sissies would be envious of you. They would love be seen peeing by a pretty nurse.
You should wear your prettiest and frilliest sissy outfit. Be proud of your sissyhood and tell your mommy you love her and be a good girl for the doctor. Remember her hands may be a little cold.
